Constellation Capital Management, LLC Appoints Amanda F. Pal as "Controller"

NOVATO, CA--(Marketwire - February 4, 2009) - Constellation Capital Management, LLC today announced the appointment of Amanda F. Pal to the position of Controller.

Amanda Pal has two decades of experience in various areas of accounting and finance. With her local Bay Area roots she has studied Accounting, Economics, Business and Communications at the College of Marin, CA. She continued her education at IUSB, and received I-CAR Certifications, Regional Occupational Program Awards, Mortgage Origination Licensing as well as specialized training on different industry specific software. Amanda spent 5 years in the automotive industry taking manual accounting systems and getting them computerized. Amanda refined her GAAP and Related Party knowledge for 6 years in the consumer electronics industry at Novidor & Firestone and Electronic Stockroom, two multi-million dollar sister companies. Upon joining the ranks of the self-employed she worked with SAIBR, Inc. in Honolulu. They were the first and only Japanese-based DSL and IT provider on the island and had a client list of some of the heaviest hitters in Japanese business in Hawaii today. She was pivotal in the business plan and acquisition of the largest NOC in Honolulu in the efforts to roll out a 3-G network throughout the Pacific Business Region and the creation of Mobile Broadband, Inc. Through her company, BHM Financial Services, Inc., she controlled all financial aspects of 6 client organizations. She has also worked with various non-profit groups such as The Research Center of Hawaii, The Latino Film Festival of Dominican College, as well as The Bolinas Fire Protection District.
